    1. How long are shipping times?
Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five business days of receiving an order. From that point and due to COVID 19 and these changeable circumstances, it takes 2-3 weeks for items like ( watches, accessories and electronics) to reach your doorstep Using ePacket. Regarding apparel and mug it takes 4-10 days using USPS. ( for more information, please visit our shipping policy)

    2. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product.

    3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us at info@harmonyicon.com and we’ll give you a refund. 

    4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

    5. Which payment options are available to your customers?

Approximately, We accept all payment options ( Visa, mastercard, American Express, Discover, Interac, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).
